Hello, my name’s Shanice, and I'll be your therapist when you decide to start your journey with Safe Point Counselling.

I am registered with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia and have experience working with both children and adults in areas of anxiety, depression, stress, neurodivergence, grief, trauma and emotional/anger regulation.

Through personal struggles with my own mental health during my teenage years, I understand the difficulties that can arise and how tough it is to break that cycle. Since then, I have been passionate and motivated to work alongside others experiencing similar situations to assure that you are not alone in your journey.

Outside of therapy, I love to crochet, bake, play tennis, and do yoga. Most of all, I love spending time with my partner, friends and parents, who have all given me the courage to start my own practice.
