How can Safe Point help?
I work with individuals by combining the empathy and patience of person-centred trauma-informed therapy, with constructive goal-setting and skill building to assist you in becoming the most authentic, capable version of yourself. No two people are the same, so it’s my purpose to find the most appropriate solution for your unique personality and situation.
My areas of practice include: anxiety, low mood, stress, emotional dysregulation, trauma, personal development, grief, or general life and relationship concerns.
Evidence-based frameworks I use: person-centred therapy, psychodynamic therapy, attachment-based therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), play and art therapy.
By building a respectful and trusting therapeutic relationship where you can comfortably express and explore your emotions, I am committed in empowering and supporting you through your hardships, and providing you the encouragement and tools to confront what obstacles may lie ahead.
